CLEANTECH FOR PROFITS AND NATION BUILDING   AGRO-BIOGENICS OBJECTIVES: to achieve development on the basis of Socio-Techno-Commercial and Environmental impacts created. The prime criterion would be the increase in Jobs at the "lowest" rungs of the society; the second criterion would be the impact on the knowledge levels that help in enhancing current and future developments; the third criterion would be the impact and potentials in business and commerce; the fourth criterion (not the least in importance) would measure how much lesser all these would impact on the environment

India has a total 3342 Taluks distributed over 641 Districts. The First of the TVDP programs are being undertaken in Pandavapura Taluk in Mandya District of Karnataka State, India. A total of 1560 Village Companies are to be formed in Pandavapura Taluk

VILLAGE LEVEL NETWORKING OF COMPANIES:

Village level Companies are formed by each of the Villages under one Taluk. For example, Pandavapura has a total of 192 Villages (NOTE: Only 171 are inhabited and “functional”). There are 24 villages on the basis of 24 Panchayat Level Main Villages (Please see above). Thus, each of the Panchayat level Company under Pandavapura would have SIX Village Clusters (including the Panchayat Village). Here, we may note that there are an additional 27 Villages that need to be accommodated under CLUSTERS of SIX Villages. This could be done as follows: Four of these Villages (“main” Villages) could have SIX number Clusters, and the “balance” three villages could be added to any of the total 27 clusters (making these THREE Clusters having SEVEN Village Companies).
